The Internship Program is a paid program that utilizes classroom and one on one mentoring time, to grow and advance leadership skills in the interns.  The program provides housing for singles and will provide a stipend each week. During the program, interns are required to maintain either part-time employment outside the internship or be enrolled in college part-time. There is a 3-month summer program and an 8-month winter program.  While applicants can apply for both programs, replacement is not guaranteed. The application process includes filling out and return an application with references, a video introduction, and an in-person interview.
