A QUICK NOTE FROM PASTOR KEITH...
In John 13:34-35 Jesus said…
34 “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 35 By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
Therefore, Jesus is saying the defining mark of discipleship (or following Jesus in simple terms) is demonstrating love. Not talking about it or arguing about it but demonstrating love in a way others can see it and be inspired by it. John also taught God is Love (I John 4:8). This means we are most like God when display the God’s love to the world around us. Since we take Jesus’ words seriously here at TVC, 2023 is going to be all about how we can LOVE OUR COMMUNITIES AND IMPACT WORLD!
We are going to show our communities love by teaching God’s uncompromising truth in a grace-filled, understandable way. But we are also going show our communities love and make a global impact in practical ways by generously serving our communities and partnering with organizations who are working to make a difference internationally.

Many people either hate their job or simply endure it because
they have to. Others become workaholics because they find their identity in an occupation or because of a deep-seated obsession with money.
This five-week series (2/5-3/5) follows David from Sunday to Friday. God used David’s secular day job to help him achieve greatest spiritual achievement: Funding, Providing Plans for the Temple. David’s journey teaches us that our worship of God does not stop on Sunday but should continue into our workplace Monday–Friday.

LOVE OTHERS LOCALLY, REGIONALLY, AND GLOBALLY
During Love Week (February 12-19), we were able to impact 30,029 individuals: 13,379 people locally and 16,650 globally!
We also mobilized 275+ volunteers and saw 49 people make decisions to follow Jesus (including 34 Baptisms).

WINTER RETREAT
During this year's Winter Retreat, we had 15 students make decisions to follow Jesus!
Thanks to our generous church family we were able to reduce the cost for each student by ½ the with the funds received in our Christmas Offering!

LOVE GOD INDIVIDUALLY
There have been a lot of opinions about who Jesus is and was throughout history. Even in today’s culture, thoughts vary about Jesus.
A recent Harris Poll showed that the vast majority (68%) of Americans say Jesus is God, which means He is the G.O.A.T (The Greatest of All Time). But here is what most Americans don’t agree about: Who Jesus Is.
Join us 3/26-4/9 as we explore Who Jesus Is!

LOVE OTHERS LOCALLY AND GOD INDIVIDUALLY
Are suffering from a broken heart because you have recently loss a loved one? Or are you battling a rejection because someone you loved broke your heart? Experiences like these often leave us asking the question: WHERE IS THE LOVE?
JESUS answered that question over 2,000 years ago when he left Heaven and the Grave. Join us this Easter as we discover together how the Resurrection gives us a reason to feel loved!
