ARE YOUR KIDS NEW TO TVC KIDS?
Save some time at check-in by filling out the form below before your first visit. Check the box that says
"New Here" and follow the prompts.
WHAT IS TVC KIDS DOING DIFFERENTLY DURING REGATHERING?
We are limiting the number of children in an effort to allow for social distancing. Check-in will be first come, first served. Family tables will be available in the auditorium if your family arrives and we've reached capacity in the TVC Kids rooms.
TVC Kids Guest Services will be available to help you check-in your child to limit the amount of surfaces touched.
A volunteer will take your child's temperature and ask a few health screening questions before you start the check-in process. If by chance your child has a temperature over 100.4º, we will encourage you take your child home and invite you to watch our services online.
Masks will be required during Phase 1.
We will thoroughly clean and sanitize all TVC Kids areas using child-safe disinfectants.
WHAT DOES THE CHECK-IN PROCESS LOOK LIKE NOW?
-TVC Kids Guest Services will be available to make your check-in experience as contactless as possible.
-A volunteer will take your child's temperature and ask a few health screening questions before you start the check-in process. If by chance your child has a temperature over 100.4º, we will encourage you take your child home and invite you to watch our services online. You can access the main online service here and our TVC Kids online content here.
-A volunteer will enter your phone number on the check-in kiosk for you and give you your stickers for each child.
-We ask that you stick your child's drop off sticker on the classroom sheet.
-Because of the need to limit our class sizes for social distancing, kids will be admitted to class on a first come, first served basis. In the case that your child's class is full, Family Tables will be available in the auditorium for your family.
-Because of our capacity limits, kids will only be able to attend one service per week.
-We ask that you limit the amount of family members to 1 adult dropping off and picking up your child to allow for more space in the TVC Kids areas for social distancing.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A CLASS REACHES CAPACITY?
To allow for social distancing, TVC Kids is limiting the capacity of the rooms. In the event your child's room has reached it's capacity, we will encourage your family to sit together at a family table in the auditorium. Family tables will be available at all of our campuses throughout our regathering process.
