TVC Kids 0-2 Years / Guest Services Leader (Hastings Campus)
This position is part-time offered at 15 hours per week including work on Sunday mornings.
TVC Kids 0-2 Years Leader Position Overview
The Hastings TVC Kids 0–2 Years Leader plays a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for our youngest kids and their families. This leader ensures that the TVC Kids brand is fully lived out within the 0–2 year classroom—providing loving care, meaningful interactions, and high-quality programming every Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold and model TVC Kids core values, including child safety, family engagement, and strong community.
• Create an enchanting, nurturing environment where infants and toddlers can experience God’s love.
• Oversee excellent classroom programming for ages 0–2, ensuring consistency and creativity.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers, helping them grow in their skills and confidence.
• Build strong relationships with families by offering warm, intentional interactions.
• Develop leadership within the volunteer team, fostering a culture of teamwork and growth.
TVC Kids Guest Services Leader Position Overview
The TVC Kids Guest Services Leader ensures the TVC Kids brand is fully lived out in all TVC Kids’ guest services environments at the Hastings campus. This role champions child safety, fosters warm and enchanting interactions with families, supports volunteer training, builds strong community, and develops leadership within the team.
Key Responsibilities
• Create a welcoming, safe, and engaging experience for every family entering TVC Kids Central Check-in or any TVC Kids area.
• Lead, train, and support guest services volunteers to embody the heart of the TVC Kids brand.
• Cast clear vision and direction to ensure consistent guest services standards.
• Promote community and healthy team culture among volunteers.
• Partner with staff and volunteers to continually improve the guest services experience.
